We know your data is messy.
Enterprise data is often incomplete, inconsistent and sometimes just plain wrong. Our platform backoffice allows you to setup:
Training of your AI on slow changing and trustworthy data(e.g. enterprise ontologies/taxonomies)
Tools that your AI can use to pull transactional or analytical "source of truth" data from your data warehouse.

Our platform is scaled horizontally to grow linearly with the volume of data and number of users. This includes our chat interface, backoffice and underlying search engine and AI infrastructure.
We know copying data is not great, so we only index data in our search engine that would be otherwise very hard to search (like a sentence in a pdf file). We never store your transactional or analytical data.
Metadata is just as important as your data to separate signal from noise.
Sometimes collecting data isn't practical or desirable, like data warehouses.
AI combines the findings of any source as needed, while asking the user for clarifications if they are needed.
